The National Assembly adopted the law on making amendments and additions to the RA Civil Code in the 2nd reading.
Thanks to the joint efforts and cooperation of the association and the concerned departments, another problem in the construction sector was solved.

A few days ago, the National Assembly adopted the law on amendments and additions to the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia in the 2nd reading.
According to the amendment, developers building individual residential houses and townhouses will now be able to carry out sales, right-to-buy arrangements.
