Recently, we have been receiving numerous complaints regarding the behavior of individual developers who are not members of the Association and its adverse social consequences, which is concerning both from the perspective of investment attractiveness and the protection of buyers' rights.
Accordingly, we consider it necessary to speak out.
✅ Due to the improper fulfillment of the obligations undertaken by individual developers, as a result of significant violations committed, buyers and their invested funds suffer, and the possibility of transferring the real estate under construction to them becomes uncertain,
✅ Due to the behavior of individual developers and the violations committed, the business reputation of the entire community of developers is endangered, as a result of which the future investment attractiveness of the sector suffers, and an atmosphere of general distrust is formed,
✅ Currently, it is especially necessary for all developers to act in good faith and fulfill their obligations on time,
✅ We ask buyers to demonstrate constructive behavior and not to form an opinion about the general community of developers based on the behavior of individual developers,
✅ Highlighting the role and importance of the construction sector in the economic life of the country, the need to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the sector participants, and the management and prevention of possible risks for buyers and the state, the Association has initiated work with interested bodies to: towards the development of special legislative regulations and market instruments aimed at regulation, which will to some extent regulate pending issues and help effectively overcome future problems.
