The regular session of the SME Development Sub-Council was held on March 18, headed by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, Chairman of the SME Development Sub-Council Gevorg Papoyan, with 3 issues on the agenda.
The President of the Armenian Association of Developers also participated in the session of the SME Development Sub-Council.
Gurgen Grigoryan presented the Association's negative position on the draft law "On Amendments and Supplements to the RA Administrative Procedure Code" posted on the E-draft platform (abolition of the general rule of suspension of the effect of an administrative act, including a fine, in the event of an appeal), emphasizing the negative consequences and risks of the initiative.
The SME Development Council, headed by the Deputy Prime Minister, is provided with professional support by the EBRD Armenia Investment Council, with the support of the UK Government's Good Governance Foundation.
