This was stated by Gurgen Grigoryan, President of the Armenian Association of Builders NGO, referring to the issue raised during the 31st session of the SME Development Sub-Council, chaired by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Gevorg Papoyan, regarding the draft law “On Amendments and Supplements to the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia” posted on the E-draft platform.
