A meeting was held under the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Edgar Zakaryan, dedicated to the discussion of the concerns and observations presented by the "Armenian Association of Builders" NGO regarding the real estate tax calculated for (unfinished) buildings under construction until the end of the period specified in the construction permit (including extensions).
As a result of the discussion of the details of the presented issue together with the representatives of the invited departments, an agreement was reached to discuss the issue once again with the Yerevan Municipality and the RA Cadastre Committee in order to develop a draft legislative package required to regulate the issue.
